Automatic system with in-line oven for Wood Effect painting with Powder on Powder system
The XP800 V1 model together with the V2 version is the most advanced system available on the market today for decorating aluminum profiles with a powder-on-powder wood effect.
The loading position of the aluminum profiles to be decorated is ergonomic and placed in the immediate vicinity of the painting area. In this way it is always possible to maintain a high level of quality control before the final firing.
The wood effect decoration is made using an aerial applicator that, while moving longitudinally above the profiles, deposits the powder paint on the exposed faces. It is then necessary to rotate the pieces to move on to the decoration of the next face until they are complete.
Once the painting phase is complete, the profiles pass inside the polymerization oven for the final hot air curing at 180° for 20 minutes.
The aluminium profiles, once they have left the oven and cooled, reach the unloading area which, in the V1 model, is located after the oven, thus allowing their immediate packaging.
The entire plant scrupulously reflects safety regulations, guaranteeing operators a safe and at the same time practical working environment.
The XP800 V1 system can be configured with a single or double applicator, increasing productivity from 50 profiles/hour with a single applicator to 100 profiles/hour with 2 applicators.
Even the replacement of the matrix that reproduces the wood design has been simplified, bringing the time required to 30 seconds in the case of just changing the design and to a few minutes in the case of changing the color.
The possibility of using Class 1 or Class 2 powder coatings allows us to offer our customers a guarantee of outdoor durability of up to 20 years, replicating the typical characteristics of wood such as colors, grain and reliefs.
